Metal roof insulation

We produce expanded polystyrene panels for insulation of metallic roofs. One of the sides of these EPS panels is formed in a trapezoid shape that resembles the shape of the metallic roof, while the other side is flat and can be painted (if necessary) with water based paints. Each side of the EPS panel has a shiplap so that the panels can be joined strongly together to make a single flat surface . The installation procedure is easy and can be performed at the same time as the metal sheet installation so no additional work or cost is required.

It is available in two types: with narrow or wide groove (depending on the metal sheet used). It is also possible to manufacture special profile molds for any type of metal sheet you use.

Dimensions: 4cm panel thickness, 8 cm thickness in groove areas.

Properties: EPS, selfextinguishable.
