The philosophy of Styropan is that the quality of its products must not only be high but also certified. From this point of view, Styropan is certified according to the ISO 9001 standard and its thermal insulation plates are certified according to the EN 13163 (EPS) and the EN 13164 (XPS) standards. The conformity evaluation is carried out according to the EN 13172 and based on the Initial Type Test (ITT) as well as the factory production control (FPC). We follow the system 1 of the assessment and verification of constancy of performance (AVPC), which means that our production control at the factory is under constant monitoring by a notified body. Before our products reach the market, they undergo constant and detailed controls to ensure their high and constant quality.
